My summer plans are to go on a family vacation with the McIntyre family. It's really fun. Not last year but the year before that, we went to Wisconsin Dells and last year we went to Branson, Missouri. This year we are planing on going to Adventure Land. We are probably just going to go on a couple of kitty rides and then go to the water park for the rest of the time.
I have a lot of fun plans like going swimming with my friends and hanging with my family. Also another big thing for me is softball. I play during the summer, in the hot, hot sun.
In the summer I just want to have fun! I really don't have that interesting of a summer, I live a pretty boring life as well summer! Well, I'm done telling you about my summer but if there is anything I left out that happens I'll be sure to let you know!

How Do I Want To Be Remembered?
How do I want to be remembered? Remembered isn't a good enough word, reputation is. Your reputation decides what people think about you. I want to be remembered as a girl who could always make a bad time a happy time. Or a girl who gets good grades and tries her hardest. Unlike people that don't get their work done or don't write a single word on their paper like the teacher told them too. Sure I'm not perfect nobody is, but, if you try hard enough you can get pretty close! I've gotten yelled at, I've made mistakes. I just want to be remembered as a good, and awesome student and classmate that helps when needed and works when told. Yeah I do doze of and get off track but I will try my hardest to get back on the subject. I don't think I would be as great of a student if my teachers didn't push me to do my best, and never doubt me. I doubt my skills all the time especially in math class, but now I'm getting a B in math instead of a F. I have improved so much this year because I wanted too. I just want to be remembered as a great student and a hard worker! That's how I want to be remembered!

Spring Is Here!
Spring is a beautiful thing. The best part about spring for me is that the first day of spring is my birthday. I'm turning 12 today, March 20. Spring is where you get to have fun and get ready for summer.
In spring I go to Easter in Kanas City with my family. Spring is where I get to hang out with my little cousins, Ashlyn who is two, Julia who is one and Emmitt who is also one. A lot of my family lives far away. My aunt and uncle live in Galena, Illinois so do my grandparents. My other aunt and uncle live in Kansas City.
Spring is so fun because you can go swimming if it's warm enough. It's also the time of year we get a lot of rain. I like rain because it is sometimes fun to go outside in old clothing and dance in the rain. Another thing I like to do on a rainy day is to have a friend over and play games all day and watch really funny movies. My most favorite part about spring is all the presents and love I get since it's my birthday.
I love spring and nothing will change that! Spring is definitely beautiful!

Concussions...
I think that when people get concussions, people should have to stay out for the rest of the season. Because, when someone gets a concussion and they go back in they just have a bigger chance of committing suicide and getting very high brain damage.A study has shown that football players who have suffered three or more concussions have tripled risk of desperation. Another thing I want to express is that coaches should not be able to let their players compete with just recovering from a concussion. Concussions have affected so many people that it's too hard to count
“I’m fortunate to have found out early, in 1990, just two years after I retired, that I have neurological damage. I try to manage it. I know what can trigger headaches and try to avoid it. I have short term memory problems, so I make a special effort to remember people and names. I have to work harder, but it’s important.”

Which Season??
Put together, summer and winter have equal qualities. Summer and winter are both fun seasons. Each you can have fun outside, and you can make your own fun with snow, or water.
Summer is where all the fun happens! It has all the things you could ever want! 1. warm weather. 2. you can go swimming! 3. sports, everyone loves sports! 4. you get to go camping with friends and family. 5. tubing on the water, jumping off of Engine Jo. 6. boating on the big, wide open lake. 7. you can make your own little party and have a slippin' slide!
Even though winter isn't the funnest, you can still have fun! In winter you have the cold weather. But the fun things are, that you can go sledding on ice or on the snow. You can go snowmobiling and tubing. And there's nothing better than coming in at night and having a nice cup of hot coco. December is when our volleyball league starts, which is the only reason I look forward to winter!
I want to convince all you readers out there that summer is the best season. 1. it's warm outside, 2. you can swim with your friends, 3. and there is nothing better than having No school!!

If I Were In Charge Of...
If I were in charge of a volleyball team I would have them practice every night after school, because I would get them into every single tournament I could. I would teach them how to bump, set, spike and serve. And I would try to make practice fun but serious. With me coaching I would always change the rotation and substitute other people in besides only two people. If we win the tournament that day they would all come to my house and have a party to celebrate the win. And I wouldn't make people try out for the team. It would be fun and educational at the same time. I play volleyball, and I think I'm good at it. I would love to be in charge of a volleyball team if I could!

Over Christmas Break...
Over Christmas break I babysat my cousins on New Year's Eve. Their names were...Alexi(5),Parker,(7)and Brody(1). We made confetti and we threw it everywhere in the living room and the best part is, they were picking it up so well together that they got a sucker. Then when we were watching The Big Bang Theory and Alexi got so mad, she started stomping and crying. She took the remote and changed the channel randomly. It turned out to be Mystery Cars. Alexi said she'd never seen it before, but it was her favorite show. So I took the remote and said,"Alexi, you need to stop it and we can watch a movie."
So we watched the movie Cinderella. Alexi loved it. After it was over I had them brush their teeth and I put them to bed. Since Brody was already sleeping, I went out, cleaned up the kitchen, and had a bowl of ice cream, then I watched the ball drop on T.V, finally I went in the bedroom and fell asleep.
Then the next day we had breakfast and played with some toys. We went down and played the hunting game that Parker got for Christmas. But here's the downer, the Wii broke, so we had to do something else. Parker and Alexi suggested to play hide- and go seek. Since Brody couldn't hide whoever was seeking had to hold Brody which was actually really fun. I had the best hiding spot ever, I hid in the basement shower because, we could only hide in the basement. They have a really big basement. Then I heard my dad talking to the people I babysat for. So then we left, but the next day a different person babysat them and they said, "Is Madison coming over too?" It was really cute. So, that's what I did over Christmas break.
